This is what ADHD actually looks like

🧶

"I'll do it tomorrow"

...for the 47th day in a row. And the guilt is worse than the actual task.

⏰

"How is it 4pm already?"

You sat down at your desk 20 minutes ago. Apparently it was actually 5 hours ago.

📦

"I have a system for that"

You have 11 systems. None of them talk to each other. Three are in apps you forgot the password for.

⚡

"I just need to get motivated"

You've been waiting for motivation since 2019. It's not coming. (That's not your fault.)

📓

"This planner will change everything"

You used it for 6 days. It was great. Now it lives in the drawer of broken promises.

📱

"Just one more scroll"

It's 2am. You have work tomorrow. You've been 'about to put the phone down' for 90 minutes.

Jules Young, founder of Priorities Don't Work, diagnosed with ADHD at 49

Built by someone who spent 49 years not knowing.

I could build a business from nothing. I've done it since the early 90s. But I'd lose my keys three times before lunch. I'd start a project with terrifying intensity and abandon it six weeks later. I'd sit in front of a task I genuinely wanted to do and feel physically unable to begin.

I spent years thinking I was lazy. Undisciplined. Not trying hard enough. Then at 49, I was diagnosed with ADHD. It was the strangest mix of relief and grief I've ever felt.

Relief because it finally made sense. Grief for the decades I'd spent at war with myself.

So I started building simple things that work for brains like ours. No 14 step morning routines. No colour coded planners you'll abandon by Thursday. Just tools that account for how we actually work.
